It was good to go to a dentist who knows enough to refer you to someone else.
Today was my first visit to the office, after moving to New Smyrna Beach. The office staff were friendly. My very thorough cleaning was done by hygienist Sharon, who explained things as she progressed through my cleaning. Dr. Kilman was friendly and professional. He seems very competent. I intend to utilize his practice for my regular dental care.
Courteous, professional, and prompt. The entire staff treats me like family and provides detailed attention to all my needs. Recommended dental care is fully explained and I have never feel pressured to have any dental work performed. Dr. Kilman always greets me by my first name and and makes me feel as if I am his only patient.
Our dental hygienist was so sweet and friendly and pent a lot of time cleaning Madison's teeth. She spoke with me personally afterwards and provided me feedback on hiw Madison had been caring fr her teeth. She has braces which makes it more difficult to keep plaque off her teeth but our hygienist provided suggestions and seemed to be really invested in my daughters dental hygiene . Joe and crew are amazing people. I have been with them for a long time and would never go anywhere else. Dr. Joe is actually a pretty good fisherman as well...just say'n.
The procedure was quick, painless and made pleasant by the positive and cheerful attitudes of a very capable dentist and his assistant. This office uses the latest technological advances that make visiting the dentist fascinating and efficient.
