I am appalled by their service first I waited an hour to be taken. After 18 X-rays I saw the Dr. no cavities no decay, he was nice and the hygienist finally appeared, she refused to clean my teeth wanted to declassify. I asked what does that mean of course a fee later. I proceeded to tell her I just want my teeth cleaned. I’ve been going to my dentist for years never a problem. Finally results she Refused and I walked out. Terrible customer service and I’m not one to complain, btw they don’t speak English. Don’t go there
They told me my insurance wouldn’t cover the “type of cleaning” I needed, without actually checking the code with my insurance, and made me pay. I then contacted my insurance who filed a grievance. They stated it was illegal for them to charge me as they obviously did not run the code. My insurance then paid them, and told them to refund me. I have been waiting for my refund for over a year.
