over 10 years ago they told me that the roots on a tooth of mine were receding and I had to have it pulled and replaced with either a bridge or an implant. Well, guess what... the tooth is still there, strong, and I never went back.
They have very poor customer service. When you update your information for them, they do not bother to update your information in your chart. Example; a current address, don't bother giving it to them they don't update it anyway.
Looked at my teeth, told the assistant to write up a treatment plan and left. She said nor explained anything to me. Also, no one in her current office (Melbourne) answers the phone and you can not leave any message on Voicemail except a request for a call back. Took me 5 business days to get a person on the phone and they didn't have anything available for 2 months. I was there over 2 hours and did not see one other patient. Avoid if possible.
Latley they have been going a lot of rescheduling.... Have not been very happy with them lately... Hoping today changes that will see....

Kind and friendly staff; some of the best I've experienced.
One Star is too much. After visiting this office I felt cheated, swindled, and ripped off. I went for an establishing exam, because my existing dentist was not a provider for our new insurance, that was to be covered 100% by my insurance and was not told until I got to the checkout counter; oh no it is $25 and here is your $1200+ treatment plan.
