BIG CON JOB!!! CONSTANT UPSELL \. NO DENTIST ON HAND VIRTURAL DENTIST ON TV SCREEN WHILE I WAS IN THE CHAIR YOU CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP. THEY WOULDNT DO MY FREE CLEANIND SAID I NEEDED A DEEP CLEANING. I SAID JUST GIVE ME MY FREE CLEANING AND THEY WOULDNT DO IT. tHEY WANTED CLOSE TO $1000 FOR A CLEANING.
I was there for 3 hours, and not much was accomplished besides X-rays. I went in for a routine cleaning, and they didn’t have time for that.
Not what I expected. I scheduled for a cleaning and exam. I was Xrayed and brought to hygienist chair where an exam of my mouth was performed. I brush and floss and see a dentist every 6 months. I was told I needed a deep clean which cost $400+ after insurance. I asked for just a regular cleaning and they refused saying they have to treat as they see need. Since they had already processed the Xrays through insurance, I really didn't a choice as I knew going to another dentist would be rejected by my insurance since I already... read more
