Please someone contact the news about this place!! We need help. Update: almost a year later I received a bill for a balance we do not owe. Tried contacting them again was told I would receive a call on Monday, again that did not happen. Go figure. I also emailed the District manager Nixzaliz Baez (nixza.baez@coastdental.com) and still have not received a response. My insurance company, Blue Cross FEP Dental referred me to Coast Dental at 1435-A SE 8th Ave Cape Coral, FL 33990, I therefore scheduled an appointment, seeing I was in pain with a tooth related issue. After check-in I had to fill out a 12-page document, a document that I was told was to be emailed before the visit. (#1), it was NOT. Luckly, I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Dr May is the best. Understanding, efficient,caring and, most importantly, I felt no pain at all as she extracted two teeth and removed a bridge. Her assistant Ira was equally proficient and sympathetic. Highly recommend them both.
They’re very nice and patient they definitely take they’re time and make sure your taken care of . Highly recommend!
