My elderly mother was very apprehensive about her dental cleaning.today. Jacque was informed and was gentle with her. In addition to reassuring her, she constantly let her know what she was doing and encouraged her to signal if she was uncomfortable. We had a great experience!!!
Having suffered through prior contacts with dentists that had little feeling for their patients it was a pleasure to find an entire staff with empathy for what the patient is going through. He repaired the crummy work from the past and I having nothing but praise for Dr. Carter and his entire staff.
I enjoy the way the staff is with their patients. The office is set in a way that anxiety is lessoned and comfort.
I have always gotten apprehensive about visitng the Dentist but the staff at Plant city Dental made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I was told what needed to be done and they were all so friendly and explained everything to make me which made me even more comfortable.

I visited the Friday before Valentine' s Day and I felt the love. From finding me an earlier appointment to taking wonderful care of me in the chair all the way to getting my receipt so I could get HSA reimbursement. Thanks for all the love!!!!$
