We scheduled heater service after noticing uneven heating in different rooms. The technician inspected the duct connections, tested the thermostat, and checked the limit switch. After correcting airflow issues and cleaning key components, the system was run through several heat cycles. The heater now delivers balanced warmth and runs reliably without frequent shutoffs.
Victor came for AC maintenance and cleaned the condenser coils, cleared the drain line, and checked the thermostat calibration. Everything is running more efficiently now. Solid, reliable service.
Jose worked on our AC and replaced a worn capacitor. He also cleaned the outdoor unit and verified airflow. The cooling is noticeably better now.
This outfit will not respect your time, and will not keep their appointments. No heads up given beforehand-- after I took half day off work, I had to call them asking about my appointment (created 10 days before), only to get a callback 30 mins later, "sorry can't do-- but we work with other affiliates in your area."
Our AC was not cooling so we called Coast Comfort Heating & AC Repair on a Saturday late afternoon and Juan David (JD) went by our home immediately. JD quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve our AC issue that very same day.
