One star is far too generous. It has been more than 6 months since our adjuster, Brett Hansen, came to look at the damages. After waiting for weeks, I had to contact him to ask if he was going to come assess the damages. When he finally did come, he took pictures and got me to send him pictures. He asked me to walk him through the flood and he took notes. He left his briefcase at my house when he left. What a truly horrible experience. We went thru 3 adjustors just to have the whole process dragged out for over two years. I hope to never ever have to deal with this company ever again.
