Excellent to deal with. I had a water damage claim and Mario was quick to come by and very professional in how he handled the claim from start to finish.
One star is far too generous. It has been more than 6 months since our adjuster, Brett Hansen, came to look at the damages. After waiting for weeks, I had to contact him to ask if he was going to come assess the damages. When he finally did come, he took pictures and got me to send him pictures. He asked me to walk him through the flood and he took notes. He left his briefcase at my house when he left. What a truly horrible experience. We went thru 3 adjustors just to have the whole process dragged out for over two years. I hope to never ever have to deal with this company ever again.
We lost our home in the Bush Creek fire on August 18, 2023 and the insurance claim experience has been absolutely horrific with Coast Claims (the adjusting company) and Westland Insurance (our insurance provider). As if losing our home and all of our belongings isn't stressful and heartbreaking enough, we are made to feel like criminals for every item we have to claim that we lost, and then the funds take a minimum of 6 weeks to arrive, putting more stress on us financially.
