This company was supposed to step in and cover my accommodation expenses due to a insurance claim caused by a fire. I was told I would be covered starting August 1st 2024. They failed to get the money into my account for the first and the rental company has now charged me my rent. No one is available to answer my calls or remedy the situation. Do not use this company
I wouldn't know where to begin to explain the horrendous experience I had with Coast Claims. Avoid them if you can!
Coast Claims has always been the go-to firm for fair, professional procedures in settling insurance claims.
This company needs to review the agents, who audit them?. I had a claim since August and up to day I haven't received my refund back. The lack of internal processes and horrible following up with customers will impact shortly the company reputation. I don't recommend this company neither Coastal Community. Use BCAA instead, much better company than Coastal Insurance.
