Wow—what an exceptional hotel! I’d honestly stay here just for the towels—they’re oversized, plush, and can wrap around you twice! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire property is spotless and well-maintained. Conveniently located in a plaza with several restaurants and a grocery store, it’s also just a 20-minute walk to the waterfront and downtown area. A perfect mix of comfort and location!.

We just stayed here as a family 4- my husband, our two kids snd myself. We were booked at another large hotel in Kelowna but unfortunately they messed up our booking and we were left with no place to stay for our 4 day trip. I called coast Capri 8 days before we flew out and they were able to offer us their premium suite on the main floor and pool facing. Firstly, staff is very friendly. Although from the outside (and from the location) this hotel looked unprepossessing, once it inside it was a different matter. Large reception with plenty of places to sit, good sized bar and restuarant, all in a circle around the very large outdoor swimming pool. I was surprised on arrival to be the guest of the day, and appreciated the restaurant voucher and cookies. Ate there not too long ago and had the smash burger. Was torn on which burger to pick, but Niki my waitress recommended it and it was fantastic! Would definitely eat there again! Thanks to Niki for the great recommendation and service!
