I worked with Ed, the new owner, and he was wonderful! Such a kind person, and he really went above and beyond to help me. He was thorough in his assessment of his vehicles and able to give me detailed information on them, with records. He also had plenty of options for my budget and needs. We bought a used car from them recently and it was truly an easy experience. We test drove several cars and there was not pressure to buy right away. We called back a few weeks later and they remembered who we were and worked with us to be able to buy the car. Very polite, kind and professional, went the extra mile of even driving the car to our house to help us close the deal. After we had bought the car we had a few other questions and they were quick to reply and help us out. Over all a great experience.
We recently had an excellent experience with Coast Auto Sales. Ed was very helpful and super friendly. We had a bit of drive to get to the lot, but Ed made sure that everything was ready for us to not have any delays.
