New dishwasher was missing the OEM drain hose, searched around for universal solutions, but didn't want to chance it. Called them and gave them a part # for stock check, they had it kept it aside for me. Thanks to them I was able to complete the install

My water heater suddenly stops producing hot water. After a few troubleshooting, I realized that the thermocouple went bad and needed to be replaced. Coast Appliance Parts is my local go-to shop for any appliance replacement specially those hard-to-find parts. At the front desk, I talked to Cody. He is courteous, and friendly and guided me to the correct part that I need he even recommended a reputable technician to assist me if I require professional help. Great customer service!
The gentlemen at the front are absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you get the parts you need. This is my first time here (but not my last!) and they seem to have every item you could need (at least for general consumers trying to replace a part on appliances).
