Chuckles Heating & Cooling in Fort Myers, FL, is fantastic! We had difficulty finding a repair company, but they sent someone for a quote the very next day. They clearly laid out our options and pricing. The foreman was early on the day of service, explaining everything before the fast, efficient, and courteous team replaced our entire duct system in one day. We're so pleased with the results and highly recommend them.
Do not use this company. We scheduled a service with them on July 18th, and they missed their scheduled appointment time. We had to call to reschedule for the next day. They again missed their scheduled time frame and arrived late around 6 pm... They were scheduled for a maintenance call. We informed the technician that the drain line overflowed and that the unit has been constantly running. The technician stated that the overflowing drain was a plumbing problem, not an HVAC issue.
