JR was professional and knowledgeable. He helped me find the right parts at the store. There was no upselling. The price was fair and the work completed quickly.
John from Coast Plumbing showed up on time. He confirmed my reported problem and replaced the defective controller box which is still under Rheem factory warranty. The water heater is working perfectly now. A big thumbs up to John.
David was a lifesaver. Came out and repaired my air conditioner. Arrived when promised. Very polite and knowledgeable. Explained it detail what was wrong and how he would repair it.
