So far I have only done walk ins, but every time I’v come in the staff were really nice. Do make sure if your coming in for certain things to call and see if they have someone available for what your getting but all together every doctor Iv had was super nice and cool, Iv been going here for maybe 2 years and never had problems 👍

I have had nothing but poor experiences here. The State needs to find new place to send people. I have had the reception staff loudly tell me I was lying in front of everyone when I said I didn’t have a cough. I had to tell her having a cough and coughing once to clear your throat because I have asthma and allergies were different things. I have had them take multiple X-rays where none of them turned out. I was sad to see Dr. Hensgen go, she was absolutely amazing, but i do really like the new providers that have started. The receptionists are really nice, always so friendly and the cma's are great, I especially adore Ivy, she is so thorough, kind and compassionate.. I highly recommend Health coalitio, it has definitely inproved over the years. I have been going there for a long time, when thier location was in the Regional hospital. The experience really depends on the clinician you get. I had an amazing clinician previously, but after she no longer saw patients my experience with others has been a disaster.
