Arrived at my 345 appointment at 346 and was told I was late my and that I was supposed to be there at 330 tried to show her it was 345 then she said it don’t matter you’re 2 minutes late .worst experience I have had there. Also was told they sent an e-mail telling me to be there at 330 earlier that day. Don’t know they would send an e-mail when they always post appt time on patient portal….Hope someone reads this and figures it out. By the way been going there for 11 yrs
