We had the absolute worse service and food at this restaurant tonight. We are new to the area and heard great things, but will never go back!! There were barely any customers and our two burgers, wings and the mac & cheese balls (for our toddler) took over 20 min. They did not have ketchup on the side or mayonnaise like we asked- took another 10 minutes to get this. The wings were still raw. They need to bring back the burgers they had before, nice and thick and juicy, the new thin double burgers so so . But they made it up with the Nutella pizza... So please either bring back the old burgers or at the very least give your customers the choice of which burgers to get.. I prefer the old ones hand down...
Great food, staff and atmosphere. The owner and staff completely spoiled our cub scout den on a recent visit. Loved the pizza, drinks and overall atmosphere. A definite repeat visit in the near future.
CoalHouse was one of the only places that was willing to host our Cub Scouts Pack. The boys are First Graders, and the staff at CoalHouse kept their interest as they taught them about how pizza dough was made, the ingredients of a classic cheese pie, and how the brick oven works... with the coal and wood fire for heat and embedded flavor. The stuff was amazing!! Can not say thank you enough!
We are long time patrons (used to go before they expanded and added the bar in the back). The pizza and beer have always been top notch. We liked better when the emphasis was on great Blues music (now it's more about TV sports). As they expanded the service really suffered but last weekend it was much better. All the entrees came at the same time and the drinks were full.
The best Beer Beef Chili anywhere and the pizza is outstanding!
First time there with my wife, food is outstanding, beer menu, top notch, can't wait to get to the bar in the back !!!!!!
