We started bringing our cars here when we moved to MD almost 3 years ago, and every single time has been a great experience! Everyone here is kind and professional, the service is excellent, and they do not try to upsell you! They’re also open until 6 during the week, and that often makes a huge difference, as we pick up our cars the same day the service is performed which is great! I even got a “thank you” call the other day which was a nice touch!
This afternoon, I discovered I had an almost flat tire while driving on 97. I made it to the shop just in time worried if they couldn’t plug it I’d need a tow truck (my car doesn’t come w a spare). Amazingly, they took my car right away and plugged the tire in 10 minutes. All the staff was very friendly and I am very grateful for the immediate and polite service. Thank you!!! Merry Christmas �
