I ordered a spray for my father's funeral directly from their website based on their high ratings and they did not disappoint. Within just a few minutes of my order, they called me to confirm the arrival time to the church and we discussed a few flower choices. The spray arrived on time, the flowers were fresh and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend. I’m delighted with these birthday flowers I had delivered to my sister. They are beautiful and if my sister thinks they are perfect, they are. The florist listened to what I wanted and she discussed with me what she thought would make a lovely bouquet. Delivered quickly! I will call Coal Mountain again. Highly recommend. Five stars.

Not only did I wait until the last minute to order, I also came with the request “I need a Chevy bowtie and Atlanta Braves colors”. Trentha Shoemake took the time to walk me through the catalog, customize the spray style and colors, and helped me brainstorm personalization ideas to incorporate a Chevy Bowtie.
