My husband and I are not from the area. We took a chance and tried the Coal House. We were very pleasantly surprised. The meatballs are the best we've had (and we're Italian). The salad dressing was fabulous. To top it off the stuffed cupcake (banana) was to die for! The service was extremely pleasant and we met the owner who obviously puts his heart and soul into his business. We can't wait to go back! We'll definitely get meatballs to take home. Try it.... You won't be sorry!

We ate in Point and loved the atmosphere! Our food was delish but the most amazing was the Scooby salad! Looking forward to visiting family again! (And going to The Coal House too!)

Amazing food and even more amazing owner. Anthony did such a nice thing for my daughter tonight .A little boy was celebrating his second birthday with some cake and my daughter was looking at it and he noticed and he went in the back and got some desert for my daughter. I can't wait to visit again.
