I went from barely walking in the door I was in so much pain, to practically doing a cartwheel in the door. Ok, maybe not a cartwheel but within a few weeks my debilitating lower back pain was gone. I'm about half way through the treatment plan and I'm looking forward to learning how to learn to not end up with that pain again. I appreciate the office staff who help with getting billing all situated for me. I highly recommend Dr. Steve & Dr. Amanda, a GREAT PT team.
This was my first time going and everyone was so nice. My husband and 1 year old daughter came with me and the whole staff kept talking to her. They even mentioned that it's okay to bring her with me anytime and one of the girls can play with her while I was having therapy. Janelle my therapist was amazing, explained everything in detail. I'm so glad my doctor referred me here.
Terrible experience. Unprofessional and unhelpful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a physical therapist that understands chronic pain and treats you with dignity do not go here.
My experience with Coal Creek Physical Therapy was fantastic and I highly recommend them! I had many problems with vertigo followed by really bad neck pain. Jon West, at Coal Creek, did a fabulous job with vestibular therapy to help me regain my balance after many bouts with vertigo. He also helped to reduce my neck pain and give me exercises that I can do at home to keep neck in great shape.
