Jim is the best. He sold two properties for me over the past month. He is honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. He sold the properties in no time, which was important for me. He also knows the resources in the community. He had access to a company (Estate Tangibles) that cleaned out the houses for me, and sold what was able to be sold. It all went smoothly. If you are selling a house, I definitely recommend Jim.

I have known Jim for many years and just recently worked with him in purchasing a property. He is a professional in every sense. Knowledge, availability, information and just making a purchase less stressful not only for all the major things that he follows through on but also all the little things that some realtors may overlook. Hard to find a more competent realtor working in this market.
