I brought my 280sl Mercedes to Coachwerks to have my heater dials replaced. Upon arriving home one was not functioning properly so I phoned and was told to bring it back and they would have a look at it. I was then handed a bill for $500.00 and told it did not qualify as warranty work. I then returned home only to discover it still didn't work! Paid twice
