Well we are building our retirement home here. Nice sales lady. Good project manager. Is it perfect? Not yet. Will it be? Likely not but it WILL be a damn good home that is likely better built than most tract builders. Overall am happy. Great neighbors. Quiet. Cant wait to be in the hood!!
