Truth and Facts from a Tenant first year: Friendly people, some socialize and some don't and that is just fine because that is the freedom we enjoy in life. It is safe, many leave bikes and personals in basements and such unlocked almost zero theft. Packages are safe anywhere they are left and with the exception of one building near the entrance, the area has well groomed grass and landscape. A very off-putting and unfriendly host of rules and regulations in all caps, including the requirement to get permission from your neighbors to have ONE cat, forced insurance, and income 2.5 times. 2x is common, but if my income was 2.5 this rent, there are at least 8 nicer places in Brookfield and New Berlin that I’d choose first.
Great place at a fair price. Close to shopping. 'All' included in rent.
