First I will start off with how apprehensive I was to go the wholesale route. We all know you cannot trust anyone these days. Erica and her team understood my concerns. She put me at ease with quick replies to my questions and was very professional. The sale of my home was moving so fast that we needed to find a rental and that required a large amount of funds we didn't have.
