Only because the doctors are amazing – the front office is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Let me be clear: the doctors at this practice are incredible. They’re compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients. That’s the only reason I’ve stuck around this long. But the front office? Completely unacceptable. I’ve dealt with both the Palm Desert and La Quinta locations and the front desk girls at both are unprofessional, careless, and flat-out rude. Their communication is trash. They don’t return calls.
