The doctors at Coachella Valley Care are excellent—knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to their patients. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the office staff. I have repeatedly had to make multiple phone calls and return visits because things were not handled correctly during my initial appointment. Simple tasks seem to require constant follow-up, which is frustrating and time-consuming. I am also very concerned about the accuracy of my blood pressure readings. I like the doctor's and staff here just remember they are closed one hour for lunch 12-1 PM
