the lack of follow thru. Went down last Friday to report my chrome wheels are peeling spoke to Sales manager John who took pictures and said he would inform the service manager never got a call back. Called today and Service manager never got the message or pictures that John took. Now I have to take a day off from work to get pictures taken because "thats not how they do things".
Finance managers are rude to the employees I dropped in yesterday to look at a vehicle and seen how lazy and unsupportive they were I lost interest immediately!!
They always do a great job and very friendly.
Friendly people, great customer service, and awesome vehicles. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly & actually drove from out-of-state to do business with them. Five stars all the way around.
