The way your agent treated my mother during the sale of her home was very disturbing. She acted "kind" until the contracts were signed, then her true disgraceful self came out. We all agree that 1 star is too high of a rating for Pats services. She belittled, yelled at and made my mother cry on more than one occasion. It's absolutely shameful. But, not surprising coming from her. No one will ever be referred by us to your agency. Your 5 star ratings seem to be unrealistic.
