Drugs, felons, sewage backups, over 150 water lines owned by tenants cut and damaged by water meter installation, management knew and ignored! Tenants unaware.$500 DAMAGE. Management is just what you'd expect in siting policies and not going by the agreeded on signed contracts. Moved here a while ago and fell in love with the community. The people are friendly, there is a dog park where you can go for a walk with your dog. It's a nice, quiet place within 5 minutes of everything you could need. Whitney and Wes go out of their way to keep the park clean and are around whenever you need them.
