Was with them for around 25 years, they have a bullshit photo inspection policy. They have random people looking over the photos and sending “recommendations”, 3/4 of those nonsense recommendations were incorrect, and had they sent someone out they would have seen the actual truth in a second. I sent photos and explanations to deal with the nonsense. I didn’t get a response but I did get a cancellation. I had new insurance within an hour.
