I do not recommend this company to anyone. I was involved in a motorcycle accident back in May where a driver of a Mazda 3 literally tried to kill me and almost succeeded by break checking me. Do NOT use cooperators. definitely don’t use Spencer’s office. They are unprofessional and disorganized. They want your money but are MIA when you need them.
We are dealing with this company and they are one of the worst. Not they do not have their clients best interest. The amount of stress they have put us under is tremendous. We were involved in a collision. NO FAULT. We were driven into!!! Imagine the stress of that on top of dealing with this insurance company. Our car is 'totaled' because it's 08. Spencer and his team are amazing. He is so easy to deal with and is very transparent and honest. I would definitely recommend him for any of your insurance needs.
Great service. Have home and auto insurance with them. Nova has always been very easy to deal with.
