Excellent and seamless service from Mackenzie Kneeshaw. Extensive knowledge and exceptional attention to detail while listening to customer needs. Ability to make your life easier while you try and navigate the insurance world. Significant saving when we left TD Primmum and loved all insurance and investment and life line over to Mackenzie Kneeshaw .
This is the worst insurance company anyone can chose. One person tells you one thing then they do the opposite of what they just told you. I advise you to choose ANY other insurance company.

There are much better, cheaper and better options to choose. We had an suv on service and due to the fact that they were being stolen, they increased our payments. We requested to cancel our service and they were going to charge us a disconnection fee. I tried to cancel another service across the weekend and they weren't open and even though I called the 1st day. They were open. They still charged me a cancelation fee. I will never do business with them again.
