There are much better, cheaper and better options to choose. We had an suv on service and due to the fact that they were being stolen, they increased our payments. We requested to cancel our service and they were going to charge us a disconnection fee. I tried to cancel another service across the weekend and they weren't open and even though I called the 1st day. They were open. They still charged me a cancelation fee. I will never do business with them again.
Terrance was so nice and helpful and even though we had an interesting situation he was able to help us and fight for us. This has been the most stress free part of this whole ordeal and that's due to the people working at this office.
