I can't believe that a fully staffed insurance office do not have the resources to do auto & home insurance quote. Instead I have to suffer by calling the toll free number & holding the line for hours. This is customer service at its worst!
Travis was absolutely phenomenal. My Grandma and I went in to organize a few things and we were met with quick and effective service. In a world of fluff and smoke you genuinely appreciate authenticity and someone who wants to get you the best bang for your buck. If more people had the commitment Travis did I feel that would revamp the entire reputation of the industry. Highly Recommend making an appointment
Weird people, they wanted to run a hard credit check on me for a freaking auto and home insurance just wow. I have never seen anything like that since owning my own home. And the Weird lady with freckles, I forgot her name, she's so rude and has a condescending attitude. I quickly took my money elsewhere.
