Been with Co-operators for a few years now and they are fantastic to deal with. Tori is very responsive whether phone or email and quick to make any necessary adjustments. Update May 2026. Worked with Madi at first and then Samantha to close out a new Auto Policy. Had it turned around extremely fast, was able to approve the quote provide the bill of sale and register the bike within an hour. Super helpful over the phone as well.
I can't believe that a fully staffed insurance office do not have the resources to do auto & home insurance quote. Instead I have to suffer by calling the toll free number & holding the line for hours. This is customer service at its worst!
Travis was absolutely phenomenal. My Grandma and I went in to organize a few things and we were met with quick and effective service. In a world of fluff and smoke you genuinely appreciate authenticity and someone who wants to get you the best bang for your buck. If more people had the commitment Travis did I feel that would revamp the entire reputation of the industry. Highly Recommend making an appointment
Weird people, they wanted to run a hard credit check on me for a freaking auto and home insurance just wow. I have never seen anything like that since owning my own home. And the Weird lady with freckles, I forgot her name, she's so rude and has a condescending attitude. I quickly took my money elsewhere.
