My experience with The Co-operators, particularly their Client Relations team, has been extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable. The front-line customer service is consistently rude, dismissive, and gives the impression that they simply do not want to help. Worst Company Ever Absolutely terrible experience. Despite being a loyal customer for years, they treat you like you're nothing. No proper support, no value for your loyalty, and definitely no accountability. You pay your hard-earned money and still get poor service in return. Stay away — they don’t deserve your business.
