One star is too generous for this company. This is by far the worst insurance company I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend Co-operators to anyone. When an accident happens, they delay everything and make the investigation process extremely long and frustrating. Save your time and your money—choose a better insurance provider elsewhere.
The very worst Insurance Company with the poorest customer service, they never return phone calls. You can leave verbal messages or email correspondence, you never ever get a response. Work with an insurance company that values their clients, this is not it.
This co-operators office is very sneaky. They reduced the deductible every year without specifically telling me, so they can raise the premium every year.
Horrible company. Lady on the phone accused me of fraud since a driver already had insurance in my household and I didn't want to add them to the quote. Lady claimed she has been doing insurance for 10 years, but clearly she is just trying to get more commission.
They make obtaining insurances a stress free process. I’ve worked with Shirley for over 12 years and though I have moved to another city, I still use their services.
