FROM CALLING THE OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE NEXT STEPS AND HOW TO'S - TO OPENING THE CLAIM - TO THE ADJUSTER (MATTHEW S) THEY PROVIDED US WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE AND I COULDNT BE MORE GRATEFUL. Terrific assistance! As newcomers to the area, we faced challenges finding an insurance provider. Michelle made the process easy and set us up with the perfect auto and liability policy.
A little disappointed, I asked about insurance for my sons vehicle and was quoted a price. 2 days later I was told I couldn't insure the vehicle. But they went into my account and tried to remove the quoted price anyway. Maybe it was a miscommunication but otherwise happy with the staff and service
