Im tired of not being able to get a hold of anyone and no call bakc. I need to make some changes to my polkicy and wth.I may just cancel and change insurance companies.
I can never get anyone to call me back. Have gotten the run around from this company for almost 1 year. They pass the buck everytime. Will be look for a new company when it time to renew. May this feed back might get me a phone call back but I'm not holding my breath.
I have my auto, TFSA and critical illness with Elvis. Not only is he and his team very personable, but they are absolutely amazing, and extremely helpful with my questions and needs. I would highly recommend them
