I don’t know about other associates. But one named Nicole is too unprofessional and rude to talk, doesn’t even know how to speak to customers. People whose first language is not English, if you gonna ask a question second time, Nicole is not gonna like that and will tell you that you are running around and she is gonna hung up your call.
