Unexpected $425 Withdrawal After Policy Collection Customer for over 15 years. I cancelled my policy in April and was told only $78 would be withdrawn from my account. Instead, $425 was taken. I was never informed that a refund cheque had been issued. I spent over 30 minutes on hold, had to hang up and call back, and was eventually told that the withdrawal should not have happened. I don’t know about other associates. But one named Nicole is too unprofessional and rude to talk, doesn’t even know how to speak to customers. People whose first language is not English, if you gonna ask a question second time, Nicole is not gonna like that and will tell you that you are running around and she is gonna hung up your call. So don’t dare asking a question to Nicole second time.
