If I'm patient enough to wait over 2hrs on the phone, the least I expect is an answer or at least some follow-up. I received none. The wait music stopped after the 2hour mark then radio silence... What's worst, You can't get a quote on their website either... If I could give a zero stars rating I would.
Change your system so local customers can get quotes locally, rather than to an understaffed office elsewhere. I am tired of being redirected to a different office and waiting on hold for HOURS. Spent 10 hours on hold over 3 days last year, wasn’t able to get through for a quote. Today I was told to call promptly at 9am, and was still told a two hour wait time today. The staff are indifferent and disrespectful in their manner of speaking to customers. For me, they are the worst bookstore I have ever dealt with in my entire experience as a client of Co-opriter.
The worst insurance company. Bad treatment, bad approach, and prices change every day. I hope this will be fixed soon. And also they are not even worth to give them Evan a one star 👎
I've been trying to call them for very long hours over the past week to get car insurance, but no one has answered. They're just disrespectful. People only get insurance with them because of the current difficult economic situation, and they have only one advantage: they're cheaper than others. People are looking for the cheapest option to fit their economic circumstances. I have no respect for them anymore.
