Was with them for years and they were good recently switched my van from full coverage witch was 580$ a month to parking insurance supposed to be 47 dollars they tried to charge me almost 800 for a month of parking insurance there totally incompetent in finding or resolving the problem there best solution was give them 400 for nouthing literaly nothing so I closed all my account cost 48$ to close and i will be taking my business elsewhere

Have been trying to get insurance for about 3 weeks now. On hold for multiple hours every time, usually until the call drops. Finally got through and agreed to their quote, was told I’d need to call back in 3 days to confirm as that’s how long it takes for them to get my drivers abstract. Was still not able to use the line for customers and was told I would have to wait on hold on the non-customers line again. Called back 3 days later and was on hold for 6 hours before the call dropped. Calling as soon as they open at 9:00am... read more

Couple weeks ago I was looking to get insurance and dealt with Megan. She has to be the rudest agent ever to deal with. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. I’m not sure how she still has a job as a customer service agent. I hope this review goes up to a higher person in charge and she gets the proper training. Very unpleasant experience!
