I have had nothing but great service and support from Cooperators, in particular with Tylor Sietsma. Tylor was extremely efficient and quick at responding to my requests and clearly explained how my new policy would work, what the coverage entailed and allowed me to make changes that would best suit our needs. Being able to quickly and conveniently contact him over the phone and receive timely responses helped alleviate all stress.

Brad was amazing. He was pleasant and easy to speak with. I would highly recommend him.
Recently left this company because after 9 years of being a client they became more about making money than trying to help people. I canceled my car insurance policy with three weeks left before the renewal and was charged a $90 cancellation fee. The competitor I went with was 22% less for a nearly identical policy. The rep I spoke to did not even try too retain me just said okay to my cancellation which shows they have no interest in working to retain clients.
