I canceled my car insurance policy with three weeks left before the renewal and was charged a $90 cancellation fee. The competitor I went with was 22% less for a nearly identical policy. The rep I spoke to did not even try too retain me just said okay to my cancellation which shows they have no interest in working to retain clients.
