We switched to Co-operators about 10 years ago and were connected with Adele. She and her team have been nothing short of amazing. In those ten years we've had a flood and couple car accidents. Adele and the team at this location were amazing and continue to serve all my insurance and investment needs exceptionally. This office is full of people who really care about the service and advice they provide .
On the 23rd of May, this year, I met with Reuben to discuss my home insurance policy. I must say that I learned a lot from that appointment for which I am very happy and grateful. Reuben went above and beyond to explain in detail my coverage etcetera. Even though I showed up 15 minutes late for the appointment, he still made time to go over the policy with me in detail. I really can't thank him enough. Thanks again Reuben for all your help.
