I have gotten my auto insurance here the last two years (and have my tenants insurance with them) and had been happy with the service until today. I walked in to renew my auto insurance and despite two staff members being available there was "no auto insurance staff member here this week so please go elsewhere"...ummm??? Seriously? One of you can't do it? What a joke.
A huge inconvenience for them to accommodate ICBC applications on newly purchased vehicles. Better plan ahead as takes one week to get a telephone appointment whereby a myriad of documents must be scanned back and forth as walk-ins aren’t permitted. They may want your home insurance premiums, but couldn’t care less about the regulated part of auto insurance. I understand they’re being cautious and respect that, but one week for telephone service only?
Lucas is really knowledgeable and advised us on a difficult issue with registration we had. Great service!
