We found a vehicle online that we liked and submitting an enquiry. Damir made contact very quickly and was friendly and courteous. We test drove the car and it was then checked over by The workshop mechanics. We negotiated with Damir and made a deal to purchase. Damir gave us a very good service.
I used the AI voice booking service for my Toyota Prado. It was clear and appropriate in booking the service and asked me when I wanted to drop it off, so I said afternoon. On arrival to check it in, there was no booking recorded in the system, so the service couldn't be done. I'd driven 200 km to have the service done. Very poor system for sure. Please fix this problem.
