A WARNING TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE AN SR HILUX BEWARE that if you are buying/planning to buy an SR Hilux with a canopy, that Toyota use a grinder to cut off the headboard behind the cab. They even show exactly how they do it with a booklet they provide with the car. This causes major damage to the paint as the molten pieces of steel (grinding sparks) embed themselves into the paint.
