Rude man on the service desk. Thinks he knows it all and gaslit me. Wasn’t going to return my car back to me
I was frustrated. 267 Argyle st, Hobart toyota service centre they took too much time to fix my new car and was just-a minnor issue. Everyday called me to collect it and after long time waiting said its not ready. This things happend 7 days and after 7 days i collected my car. Its waste my time. Also, their behaviour was not good.
Service department is slow and expensive...get your car serviced from somewhere else...coming here is a waste of time and energy.
They are way too much expensive....I gave my car in for service they charged 600$ for service and they just replaced oil filter and engine oil..It took them 4 hours to do that. You can get it serviced elsewhere in 250 max may be..but don't waste your money here....Not worth it.....
Well it’s a tale of breakage, no follow up, me chasing, endless hold and poor poor communication. Our vehicle needed a new engine, and co op had it for some 6 months while we waited. You would think someone might have the initiative to suggest a service in this time, but no. Our paintwork was damaged while in their custody. Ticket lodged, no follow up.
