The pharmacy team is extremely helpful! My grandma needed a compounded medication, and her previous pharmacy said it would take seven days to prepare. We went to Trade ridge pharmacy instead, and their team had it ready the same day. Highly recommend!.
I can't possibly say enough how terrible this pharmacy has treated me. I recently decided to give them a try as they are close and I try to support local. The first fill of my prescription wasn't an awesome experience but I chalked it up to being an off day. On Tuesday, I called to have my prescription filled and as it needed to be compounded, they told me they would get back to me when it was ready. I have never met a more incompetent pharmacy staff in my life. They are rude and short every single time I've been in there. I had one prescription I needed to get filled and it took them more than an hour and a half to get it to me. Ridiculous.
