I have visited the office twice and both times could not see the Dr. Had an appointment 3 months ago as a new pat6, got their they said she was at the hospital and could not make the app, so they set me up again for another 3 months, got their today, mind tou I just filled out on my chart all my information yesterday and got their today and they said they had left me a message, that Dr Co ho is no longer in their on Thursday.
