Really, really enjoyed my experience today. I love that they open the new nail kit they use on you at time of service, and how clean the overall place looked. The lady who did my toes was very sweet and took her time with the leg/foot massage - which is always my favorite part. There was almost no one else there getting serviced today so the place was very peaceful. 10/10

Do NOT go to this nail salon! I had the worst nail experience ever. The technician at the first chair when you walk in was extremely rude from the start. I only asked for a simple fill with a French tip, and she told me I was “too picky” just because I wanted clean, neat lines. Things only got worse from there. When I asked if someone else could help me, the other staff completely ignored me. The entire experience felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Paid $130 for disappointing service and even worse attitudes. I just left this place, and honestly, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Aside from one employee, the overall vibe was negative. My mom went in for a pedicure and an acrylic overlay on her natural nails (both fingers and toes). I should’ve trusted my gut. Walking in there was a weird smell. I think it was the carpet because most businesses have gotten rid of carpets for this reason. But I walked in and was greeted by who I think was the owner. She told me to pick out a color. I sat down and after 20 minutes I asked how long was the wait. I never had nails not be soaked off. She used what looked like a nail to take the gel coat I had on off. Very unusual. Not very sanitary and just felt like she was rushing and not a pleasant attitude. Very simple nails just asked for clear but HATE the shape. Went in with a friend and she charged us 78$! Mind you I just got a regular manicure and a she got a basic pedicure both regular polish. Felt like she just made a random price up. Will not return here
