I have been a patient at this practice for over a decade. On my recent visit, the receptionist had forms to sign with her computer screen turned away, so I could not see the content. I politely asked her to explain what I was signing, which she did. When I entered the exam room, the nurse practitioner (whom I’ve also known for years) immediately accused me of being rude to the front desk. I have been coming here for more than 5 years. I have severe spinal damage as well as multiple other medical issues. The drs here actually listen and are willing to try different things to help with the pain. They are open about the risks to every procedure. Dr Batista has been the most consistent Dr I have seen through my years however I have dealt with most the drs that work in this office and would recommend them to my own mother. The team was very pleasant and attentive. Check in was simple in the kiosk, and the appointment started on time.
Has delayed my treatment over and over canceling or changing and delaying my appointments ( and lying about the reason). Stoped providing botox for migranes due to my insurance after starting the treatments causing the insurance to decline providing treatment at all for a YEAR! After an extended legal fight have a new provider. After a dozen billed appointments for trigger point injections received only one treatment and MONTHS of delays and appointment cancelations.
