Today May 11,2026 was my first time to come to my appointmemt to discuss a sleep study...receptionist..very good...RN was also very good and doctor was very good and informative...I had good experience today...a five star!

I had been going to CNY medical professional for many years, but as of 3/19/26 My partner and I are DONE. The office practices suck. You can’t get ahold of anyone when you want to schedule, reschedule or talk about a prescription. When you do finally get through there is no telling if you’re going to get someone who is going to be professional or downright rude. We have nothing against Doctor Kumar or his Nurse Practitioner Deb. They are both helpful and friendly. Which is a shame that I have to leave a 1 star review.
