The facility was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and the doctor was straight to the point on what is going on and how to proceed (which I love).
Reception was rude but tbe nurses and doctors were amazing.
I've been going to CNY Medical Professionals for years and I have always had a great experience with Dr. Kumar. He has always asked if I agree with what he wanted to do or what he has prescribed for me at the time of the visit. He will also let me know there are other options he will try at the next visit if the problem persists.
