A child reported an SA and Karrie retaliated with a false child neglect report to CPS. CPS flat out said that what she's doing is wrong and that she does this all the time. I too was recommended to reach out to this particular company. I did just that. Got a few messages then left ignored. I've called the number and left a few voicemails. Nobody returned any calls. It's rough enough admitting to need help let alone reach out. To have a company that preaches to help yet leaves so many people dangling. It's companies like this that discourage people to actually reach out for help. Seriously practice what ya preach and help those asking for help. The father hit the kid so hard that he broke his jaw. He then found a lawyer to accuse the mother of parental alienation. The kid hated Karrie so much that Karrie was fired! Another kid almost killed themselves because she ignored reports of dv and sa. CPS flatout said that what she's doing is wrong. She's lost three parental alienation cases in just the past year alone! I was referred to this practice by my therapist after they told me they had to take a step back to deal with some personal stuff. I called a few times from the phone number available online, leaving a voicemail asking for a call back each time as I never got through to a person. I never got a callback. The website says they're accepting new clients. It's totally understandable if you aren't accepting new clients or if the website is out-of-date, but to not call someone in need back to convey this is incredibly unprofessional... read more
went in to talk with my parents, the counselor just sat there while an argument erupted and did nothing to try and de escalate the situation. clearly took sides and was very biased, go here if you want to manipulate someone, not if you want genuine change
